AURA Insight is a networking forum for clientside insight professionals

Member organisations exchange relevant experience, best practice in insight management and feedback on agencies. We also represent the views of clientside professionals across the insight and research industry.

AURA brings together research and insight managers in client-side roles to share best practice, swap tips and stimulate new thinking.

Something for everyone: We’re a rapidly growing network with 800 individual members from over 200 organisations of all sizes and from a wide range of business sectors. We have big names like Sky, Boots, Samsung, HSBC and Diageo, as well as universities and charities. 

We also represent the interests of our members in the wider industry through regular interactions with bodies like MRS, AQR and ICG to promote client-side issues.

What we offer

  1. Our members say we offer unrivalled access to the very latest ideas to develop their thinking and teams. We help our members keep up to date with the latest trends in research and insight, understand best practice in leading insight teams, and network with people in similar roles.

  2. We meet every couple of months for an all-day seminar looking at an important theme. Our recent topics have included Effective Communication, Behavioural Economics, Latest Thinking in Qualitative Research and Insight Team Management. Our seminars are always based on ideas from our members.

  3. Our exclusive online forum allows members to ask and reply to questions on a wide range of topics and our members' surveys give access to unique information on team structures, budgets and business challenges.

  4. As part of the Insight Show in London, we also host an Annual Conference & AURA Awards, which recognises the achievements and contributions of both research agencies and our members.
