Submit your paper and get your place on stage

Call for Papers is now open for 2018. This is the only way to secure a speaking slot at Insight Show 2018.

Entry cost is £2,500 per paper and is open to all businesses that wish to speak at the show.

All papers entered will be presented at the show.

At this stage you only need to enter a synopsis of your paper.

How it works:

All submitted papers will be judged by an Industry Panel. The 10 papers judged the best will form the content of the Headline Stage. Papers not making the top 10 will be presented on the Insight Showcase Stage with presentations lasting 20 minutes.
Winning papers will be presented to a larger audience on the Headline Stage with an additional 10 minutes presentation time.

Onsite, visitors will be able to vote for their favourite paper and we will announce the winner of the Insight Show Paper of the Year on the last day of the show. The winner will receive the Paper of the Year Trophy plus a prize of £3,500 to be redeemed against their stand or sponsorship at Insight Show 2019.
