Visionslive.com – new online qualitative research tools launched


Visionslive.com, a London-based provider of online research tools for qualitative market research consultants and marketers, has released a new set of tools to complement its existing suite. These will be launched and demonstrated at the upcoming Insight Show.

 

The new tools include the 'Visionslive Next-Generation Bulletin Board' platform – a new online qualitative discussion and co-creation board that can be launched instantly, and which enables researchers to discuss and develop topics and test concepts with participants over a period of time.

 

Visionslive is also releasing Remote Screen View, a tool that allows researchers to remotely watch live 'over the shoulder' footage of anyone viewing a website or rich application. This is useful for clients who want to develop an understanding of how a user browses their website or rich media application, and helps them gain insight as to improve usability or other aspects of the service. It uses a new technology that allows a moderator to remotely view and guide a user through any website, even those that include video content and rich media.
