Cross-Tab expands its Global Advisory Board with addition of Fredrik Nauckhoff.

Cross-Tab Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd, a market research outsourcing leader, has added Fredrik Nauckhoff on its Global Advisory Board who joins the board along with Simon Chadwick and Dr. Russ Winer. In his new role, Fredrik will provide guidance in the areas of - corporate strategy, business development and specific client engagements in Europe. 

Commenting on Fredrik's appointment, Ashwin Mittal, President Cross-Tab said, "The European market has tremendous opportunity for us but has to be approached differently from the US. Having Fredrik's guidance will help us take the right steps as we go about building our business in Europe."

Fredrik felt confident of Cross-Tab's ability in addressing the challenges facing the industry. Commenting on his new role, Fredrik said, "Cost efficiency, quality control and speed are the key factors for market research today more than ever. Off-shoring delivers all three very well." 

Fredrik has over 35 years of experience in market research, starting his career at Procter & Gamble Scandinavia. He was then responsible for Market Research at Richardson-Vicks in Stockholm, in London and at the HQ in the USA, before moving to the Nestle head office in Vevey, Switzerland.  A Swedish citizen, he has lived and worked in five countries, with global responsibilities. He retired as corporate Head of Market Intelligence at Nestle.

Co-author of "The Handbook of Market and Opinion Research", he is a frequent presenter at industry conferences. Fredrik broadened the market research function at Nestle to Market intelligence, encompassing a complete intelligence remit to cover consumer intelligence, competitor intelligence as well as customer intelligence.

He is an early advocate of online research, with its cost, timing and quality advantages. FN has served on the ESOMAR council for several terms, and was President of the association from 2002-2004.

FN now lives in the south of France.
