A recent case study has provided our clients with an opportunity to better understand their audience. We set out to recruit a specific target (cigar enthusiasts), asking them to take part in a video interview in which they could sample a product. The process involved the respondents testing the product during the video interview, which created a more personalised and confidential discussion. We received a substantial amount of responses to our Facebook post from respondents eager to take part in the study and express their opinions. The turnaround time for this project was more than 60% quicker than it would have taken with a standard method.
